Just wanted to thank you for all of your efforts posting this information. Very well written. I was looking for information on milling my own lumber and found it. I live in Manchester NH and purchased a foreclosure in Candia NH that has 16 acres for me to play on. Much of the information was relevant being in the Northeast. It will be my primary residence and am going to tackle the construction myself. I was especially interested in the flooring and well information, great stuff!
